Leaders always deal with some level of stress given their roles. During these unprecedented times of COVID-19, leaders are dealing with stress that is beyond normal, both personally and professionally. Uncommon levels of stress can cause unwanted behaviors in us all, but true leaders rise to the occasion through emotional intelligence and empathy. During this session set for Monday, Sept. 14 on Zoom, leaders will learn the four keys to leading in times of crisis and the three things NOT to do during a crisis. Actionable, behavioral-based tactics to implement these characteristics will be given to all participants. This event - which is free and open to the entire business community - is a partnership between your Chamber and Horizon Point Consulting of Decatur.
