DESCRIPTION:At the Chamber's next Breakfast & Biz development event\, Keith Jackson - owner of Jackson's Plumbing\, Heating & Cooling\, and Jackson's Drain Pro\, LLC - will discuss how to convert your customers to ambassadors for your business and how he has applied that strategy to his own work experience. Jackson will also share:\n\n \n\n              how to identify your customers\;\n\n              determine the "why" of your business\;\n\n              how to establish common ground and a sense of urgency\;\n\n              ways to focus on the priorities of your business.\n\n \n\nJackson is a native of Hartselle\, a graduate of Morgan County High School\, and has an associates degree from Calhoun Community College. He is certified John Maxwell trainer\, a member of the Maxwell Mentorship program\, and a member of Blue Collar Success Group. His team received The Decatur Daily's "Best of the Best" in 2017 in the Plumbing & HVAC category\, as well as the 2020 BBB Torch Award for business ethics.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber's Breakfast & Biz professional development training and networking session provides ongoing support for our local business partners.
