DESCRIPTION:March - State Government (Montgomery Trip)\n\n\n\nExcellence in Leadership is the premier leader development program for business professionals in Decatur-Morgan County directed toward individuals in our community who demonstrate leadership potential. A class of approximately 40 participants will have the opportunity to better understand our community\, the challenges it faces\, and to prepare for those challenges by meeting with and learning from other leaders in our area. The program offers numerous educational opportunities to broaden perspectives and gain an increased understanding of community dynamics and public issues. This is a ten-month program culminating with a graduation ceremony held during the Chamber's Annual Small Business Awards Celebration in May.
