DESCRIPTION:Workforce Coalition Meeting - With a mission to positively impact our current employee pipeline to build a more capable and sustainable workforce\, the Workforce Coalition has a specific focus on problem resolution: industry brings challenges to the table regarding their current workforce needs and concerns. Through this open communication between community stakeholders\, we can provide support in connecting them to the proper resources. The group is a partnership between the Chamber and the Morgan County Economic Development Association. \n\n\n\nThe November meeting is the 2025 Workforce NOW Summit.  \nThe Chamber's 2025 Workforce NOW Summit will be held on Friday\, November 14. Uniting the business community with economic development and workforce professionals\, this event will provide information and resources for businesses of all sizes. \n\n \n\nThe summit will also include two breakout sessions that feature subject matter experts on workforce trends and current workforce issues impacting our community. We encourage managers\, team leaders\, HR managers\, CEOs and educators to attend this exceptional professional development and networking event. \n\n\nIf you are interested in being part of this group\, please contact Amber@DCC.org
