Hear from community leaders as they discuss the skills\, partnerships and initiatives shaping our region's workforce.\n\n \n\nAttendees can also join two breakout sessions. Johnny Jones\, Director of Decatur Youth Services\, will discuss strategies for connecting with your future workforce\, and the ACCS Innovation Center will highlight its Skills for Success courses\, which help businesses upskill employees\, recruit talent and provide residents with no-cost training for in-demand careers.  \n\n \n\nThis professional development and networking event is specifically tailored for managers\, team leaders\, HR professionals\, CEOs and educators.
