Outgoing Chair Kelli Powers\, President of Decatur Morgan Hospital\, will pass the gavel to incoming Chair Cindy Smith\, Financial Advisor at Edward Jones. \n\n\n\nAlso\, the Chamber will present the Athelyne C. Banks Citizen of the Year Award sponsored by Redstone Federal Credit Union and the Rosie Hennessy Award to recognize our Commodore of the Year sponsored by Habitat ReStore.\n\n\n\nOur keynote speaker\, Steve Bateman\, is the Senior Pastor of First Bible Church in Decatur and a respected historian who will present\, "The Power of Belonging: Why Communities That Work Together Win."
