2026 Commodore Meeting 07/10/2026

This month, Commodores will gather for their monthly meeting at the Morgan County Association of Realtors and hear from Decatur Youth Services.
As part of this month's meeting, we invite each Commodore to bring 3–5 school supply items to help support Calhoun Community College's school supply drive. The Chamber is collecting donations to help local students start the school year with the supplies they need.
As an added incentive:
- Every school supply item donated earns you 1 Chamber Change.
- The Commodore team that donates the most items will earn 1 team point toward its year-end total.
With your help, I know we can fill these donation boxes and make a difference for students across Decatur-Morgan County. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!

Commodore meeting. Chamber Commodores are a highly energized and visible group of approximately 50 community business leaders, who promote the Chamber's services, connect members to the chamber, and assist in welcoming businesses to our community. As engaged members, the Commodores attend ribbon cuttings, networking event, and serve as volunteers for major events. This group is formed every Spring.
