LMS Support Specialist

Position Summary

This is a technical support position of the learning management system (LMS), video management system and other peripheral components utilized in the distance learning format. This role includes help desk support for students accessing distance learning technology. This position will serve as the LMS GUI administrator and will be responsible for any reporting associated with distance learning software. It will also serve as primary technical contact.

Salary:  Appropriate step placement on salary schedule E2, grade 03: $45,220 - $62,710
Work Hours:   Monday through Thursday, 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.; Friday 7:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
