Site Food Manager (License Pending)

The food service manager takes responsibility for the efficient operation of the child care food program, based on Child and Adult Care Food Program (hereinafter “CACFP”) guidelines, so as to provide the students with attractive, nutritious, and varied meals. 

1. Ability to create nutritious and different seasonal menus
2. Prepare and serve daily breakfast, morning snack, and lunch to the students
3. Serve the correct type and portions of milk to students
4. Serve the correct type and portion meals to students
5. Order/purchase the needed food and non-food supplies
6. Clean the kitchen/lunch area daily after meals are served and take out the trash 
7. Clear criminal background check. (required)
