Maintenance Mechanic

This position performs skilled and semi-skilled work in a variety of mechanical and building trade categories to include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Three or more years of experience is desirable or any combination of education, training and experience. HVAC experience is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
