Description
At our next Emerging Leaders event on Wednesday, October 4, you will tour the new addition at Career Academies of Decatur (CAD) to see how students are preparing to enter college and/or the workforce. Decatur City Schools opened this beautiful, state-of-the-art facility in August to accommodate the growing health science program.
Career Academies of Decatur is the district's career and technical education center that opened in 2018. It offers skilled trade and technical programs and it provides an engaging learning environment where students receive hands-on training as they prepare for college and career successes. Please register by Friday, September 29.
Our Emerging Leaders events provide the opportunity for you to grow as a leader and expand your network. Lunch will be provided as part of your registration.
