Carol Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Samford University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Alabama, and is certified in DiSC personality assessments as well as The Six Types of Working Genius. She enjoys creating engaging events for businesses and teams to grow and learn.
