2024 Breakfast & Biz 3rd Quarter

At the Chamber's next Breakfast & Biz event on Wednesday, September 11, Craig Johnston, Director of Workforce Development Training & Advocacy with Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association (AMLA), will introduce Flawless Delivery — a certified customer service training program.
Flawless Delivery is a comprehensive 20-hour training designed to equip frontline workers with the essential skills needed to effectively communicate and engage with guests and coworkers, ensuring they deliver the high-quality service that customers expect.
This training, a collaboration between AMLA, the Alabama Community College System and Holistic Performance Group, is provided at no cost to hospitality industry employees, thanks to a grant from the Alabama Tourism Department. The program can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.
