Description
At our upcoming Emerging Leaders event, Counselor Ruthie Jones, RN, LCISW with Eagle Consulting Counseling Division will present "Are You Guarding Your Heart? Decreasing Stress, Setting Boundaries." She will provide strategies for managing stress in your personal and professional life and how to set healthy boundaries to maintain balance and prevent burnout. Lunch is included.
