The Chamber's 2024 Workforce NOW Summit will be held on Friday, November 15 bringing together the business community, economic development experts and workforce professionals. This event will provide valuable information and resources for businesses of all sizes.

This year’s keynote speaker, Michael Bridier, Region 1 Project Manager for the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship, works with organizations across 13 northern Alabama counties to promote work-based learning. His focus is on expanding registered apprenticeships into non-traditional occupations, and he uses his experience with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to inform employers about financial incentives for apprenticeships.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions on modern manufacturing and childcare in the workforce.

This professional development and networking event is specifically tailored for managers, team leaders, HR professionals, CEOs and educators. Please register by Wednesday, November 13.
