***Note: This is the building that sits closest to the road on 2nd Avenue NE. We will walk to the STEAM Imagination Center on Moulton Street after lunch.
Parking is in the lot that is shared with the Morgan County Courthouse. Entrances to this lot can be found on 1st Avenue NE, Lee Street NE and 2nd Avenue NE.

Join us on Wednesday, June 4 for our next Emerging Leaders event as we explore the STEAM Imagination Center in downtown Decatur —an exciting new addition to the Alabama Center for the Arts (ACA). This innovative space is dedicated to advancing STEAM education—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.
At this event, you’ll tour the center and see firsthand how it is poised to shape the future of education and workforce development. From a fabrication lab with 3D printing to programs in video game production and digital design, the center blends creativity with technology.
We’ll begin at noon in the 3M Room at the ACA on 2nd Avenue, where you’ll enjoy lunch and learn more about the ACA, a partnership between Athens State University and Calhoun Community College, focused on preparing the next generation of skilled professionals. After lunch, we’ll take a short walk to the STEAM Imagination Center on Moulton Street for a guided tour.
