Join us on Wednesday, August 6 for our next Emerging Leaders event with the City of Decatur’s Deputy Police Chief Eric Stisher as he presents Run, Hide, Fight—techniques for situational awareness and personal safety in the workplace and beyond.
This session is designed to build confidence, leadership and readiness by providing practical strategies for staying safe and making quick decisions in high-stress situations. Whether you're a business owner, team leader, or emerging professional, you'll leave better prepared to protect yourself and support others during active threats. You'll also learn how to bring this training to your business, church or organization.
Deputy Chief Stisher is a certified trainer with more than 20 years of law enforcement experience. He also served 27 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves, retiring as a First Sergeant after four combat tours.
