Position Summary
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Settlement Clerk to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in accounting or clerical administration. 

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in reconciling daily transactions and verifying delivery records
• Review basic payment documentation and ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized settlement files and logs
• Support data entry and reporting tasks for the finance team
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve minor discrepancies
• Participate in training to understand company systems and procedures
 
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Prior office or clerical experience is helpful but not required
