Joe Wheeler EMC, located in North Alabama, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative.
 
Candidates must be customer-oriented, professional and possess at least two years’ experience in an office environment with substantial customer contact and/or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond courteously to all customers and maintain high customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as problem solving skills.   High School Graduate and Accredited College Coursework in Business Math, Principles of Accounting and Business Communications is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows and Excel is required.
