Career Coach, Adult Education
Position Summary

This position is not tenure eligible.
This position is primarily focused and responsible for providing guidance, support, and resources to adult education students and out-of-school youth to help them achieve academic, career, and personal success. This role focuses on assisting individuals in developing career pathways, setting employment and education goals, and overcoming barriers to success. The Career Coach works closely with program staff, community partners, training providers, and employers to connect participants with educational opportunities, job readiness training, internships, and employment. Responsibilities include career assessments, resume and interview preparation, job search assistance, and ongoing mentoring to ensure participants transition successfully into postsecondary education, training, or the workforce.
Salary: Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule (Download PDF reader) E3, Grade 04: $39,759 - $57,251
