Behavior Technician/ Registered Behavior Technician

We are expanding our services to Decatur and are looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in our outpatient ABA clinic. No prior ABA experience? That’s okay! We provide paid training and support you through the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills. You’ll celebrate the small victories, the big breakthroughs, and all the moments in between.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine interest in working with children and individuals with autism
• Dependability, patience, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Previous RBT certification or ABA experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Availability: Up to 40 hours per week
• Pay Range: $16-20/hour once registered as an RBT
• No weekends
• Paid training
• CPR training included
• Benefits available for full-time employees
