Customer Relations Assistant

We are seeking a part-time employee to join our team! Position includes behind-the-scenes customer interaction (email and phone correspondence).as well as retail customer service as needed. Must have a desire to effectively and patiently communicate and manage multiple customer accounts and requests, particularly during the busy holiday season. Position may also require working local events (markets, pop-up shops and tastings). Employee must be enthusiastic, efficient at multi-tasking, flexible and have a passion for people!
