POSITION SUMMARY:   Perform a variety of semiskilled duties, including but not limited to basic plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, painting, carpentry, and grounds maintenance for the repair and preventative maintenance of university buildings and facilities  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform basic general maintenance and repairs to campus buildings and other facilities throughout the university under direct supervisionUnder direct supervision, perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasksMaintain
