About Us

Construction Services, Inc. (CSI) is a premier Division 05 metals subcontractor specializing in architectural fabrication and precision laser processing. Using our state-of-the-art TRUMPF TruLaser 3040, we deliver high-tolerance sheet metal and tube laser cutting and welcome commercial contract bids and job shop inquiries.

Our specialized fabrication capabilities include:

• Monumental & Spiral Stairs: Precision-engineered structural and ornamental staircases.

• High-End Rail Systems: Custom guardrails, handrails, and balustrades in premium finishes.

• Custom Architectural Metalwork: Wall panels, torchères, gazebos, column covers, and decorative art features.

Founded by Mike Scroggins and incorporated on February 3, 1967, CSI has evolved from a miscellaneous metals manufacturer into a highly specialized fabricator. We work with premium materials—including carbon steel, nickel silver, aluminum, brass, and bronze—and provide any required finish, along with glass, wood, and casting integration.

To save time during pre-construction, our engineering department utilizes AutoCAD and SolidWorks for seamless platform compatibility. For complex projects requiring rigorous verification, we partner with third-party engineering services to ensure all monumental designs and custom structures safely meet loading criteria and strict building codes. CSI is a proud member of the National Ornament & Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA), has earned numerous industry awards, and has fulfilled all contractual obligations since inception.
