About Us
Veteran Chef Michael Locascio has done it again with the 609 Social Market.
Starting his career at Chez Fonfon and Bottega in Birmingham before attending culinary school in Portland OR and training at institutions like The French Laundry in Napa, Follonico in Manhattan and Caffe Italia in Italy.
The 609 has its own seafood and meat market where you can take filets home to cook or have them prepared to your liking in their open kitchen.
The 609 is in a rehabbed rustic old building on historic Bank street. They call it Social for a reason. See old friends and make new ones.
