About Us

Greg Reeves is a personal injury trial attorney in Decatur, Alabama. His firm, The Reeves Law Firm, represents people hurt in car wrecks, trucking accidents, and wrongful death cases across North Alabama, with offices in Decatur and Huntsville. Greg also handles the insurance claims that follow a wreck, including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.

He has practiced law for more than 35 years. He keeps his practice small on purpose. Most of his cases come by referral, and he handles each one himself from the first meeting through trial.

He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating for legal ability and ethics. He serves on the Executive Board of the American Association for Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He attended the Trial Lawyers College in 1998 and later taught on its faculty. He has argued before the Alabama Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Greg is president of the Morgan County Bar Association and runs the bar's monthly continuing legal education program at the Cook Museum. He is a former president of the Decatur City Council.

The Decatur office is the firm's main office. The Huntsville office is fully staffed as well.
