Calhoun Community College, in collaboration with the Alabama Community College System and the Department of Human Resources (DHR), is proud to announce its continued participation in the DHR Summer Youth Program, offering exciting paid summer employment opportunities for local youth. From June 1 to July 31, participants can work up to 20 hours per week and earn up to $12 per hour.This is Calhoun’s second consecutive year participating in the program, following a successful inaugural year in 2024. This year’s graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Propst Arena inside the Von Braun Center (VBC) in downtown Huntsville.
