Description
At the Chamber's next Breakfast & Biz development event, Keith Jackson - owner of Jackson's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and Jackson's Drain Pro, LLC - will discuss how to convert your customers to ambassadors for your business and how he has applied that strategy to his own work experience. Jackson will also share:
• how to identify your customers;
• determine the "why" of your business;
• how to establish common ground and a sense of urgency;
• ways to focus on the priorities of your business.
Jackson is a native of Hartselle, a graduate of Morgan County High School, and has an associates degree from Calhoun Community College. He is certified John Maxwell trainer, a member of the Maxwell Mentorship program, and a member of Blue Collar Success Group. His team received The Decatur Daily’s "Best of the Best" in 2017 in the Plumbing & HVAC category, as well as the 2020 BBB Torch Award for business ethics.
The Chamber's Breakfast & Biz professional development training and networking session provides ongoing support for our local business partners. Social distancing protocols will be observed and we recommend attendees not fully vaccinated wear a mask.
The event is made possible by presenting sponsor Redstone Federal Credit Union and gold sponsor Princess Theatre Center for the Performing Arts.
