Description
At the Chamber's next Breakfast & Biz professional development event in December, you will hear from Decatur Police Chief Todd Pinion on how you can better protect your business and how the police department can help. Chief Pinion will be joined by two members of his command staff, Captain Jeremy Hayes and Captain Justin Lyon, to discuss the following topics: police department overview and functions, recent events, holiday safety tips, current crime trends, business/church/school security and there will be a Q&A Session.
Chief Pinion has been with the Decatur Police Department for 17 years. Just six months after becoming a captain, he was named interim police chief in January of this year and was selected by the City Council as chief in May.
