Dance Instructor
Position Summary
Provide high-quality instruction and leadership in dance education, including technique, performance, dance history, and related academic coursework. The instructor will develop, implement, and assess dance curriculum while supporting the creation and growth of a comprehensive dance program serving both dual enrollment high school students and college-level associate degree students. The instructor will adhere to all general faculty guidelines as outlined in the Calhoun Community College Personnel Handbook, directives from the Vice President of Academic Affairs, and policies of the Alabama Community College System. This position is based on the ACA - Decatur campus.
Salary
Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule (Download PDF reader) D1: $46,590 – $94,363 (9 months)
An additional summer assignment may be available: $14,384 – $29,184 (3 months)
