Position Summary

The Executive Director of Professional and Academic Excellence leads college-wide efforts to strengthen employee development, teaching and learning, and outcomes assessment. Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administrators, the Executive Director develops professional learning opportunities, supports assessment processes, and promotes the use of data and best practices to enhance student achievement, institutional effectiveness, and accreditation compliance. 
 

Salary: Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule (Download PDF reader) B: $104,973 - $149,416

(Salary within this range is determined by your documented years of full-time related work experience)
