General Maintenance Specialist
Position Summary
Responsible for providing general maintenance for the buildings on each of the campuses and off sites of the college. Including repairing and installing equipment and fixtures, completing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and other repairs, maintenance, and duties as assigned.
Salary: Appropriate placement on ACCS Salary Schedule (Download PDF reader) E3, Grade 4: $41,349 - $59,541
(Salary within this range is determined by your documented years of full-time related work experience)Work Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; Friday 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
