Flexfactor Program Coordinator (25 hours per week)
Position Summary
Continued employment is contingent upon funding.
This position is not tenure eligible.
This position is primarily focused and responsible for executing the FlexFactor program in local middle and high schools. The program is designed to bring more awareness of career opportunities and the educational pathways to Advanced Manufacturing careers using a student-led learning approach. FlexFactor challenges students to identify real-world problems, conceptualize a high tech solution, and build a business model around it. At the end of the program, students pitch their ideas “Shark Tank” style. Salary: Appropriate salary placement on ACCS Salary Schedule H25, grade 11: $21,464 - $26,971
Work Hours: 25 hours per week between the hours of 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on Friday
