We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join us. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find solutions, and achieving sales goals.
Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting on-site inspections, preparing estimates, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and establish relationships with potential customers through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare detailed estimates and present proposals to clients.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and financing options.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Follow up with past and potential clients to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
• You may be required to assume other tasks or responsibilities not detailed on this list which may be requested from time to time at the Company's discretion.
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Experience: 1-2+ years in outside sales, preferably in foundation and waterproofing, construction, or home services preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of residential and commercial construction, foundation repairs, and waterproofing techniques is a plus.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-driven with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
Work Schedule & Expectations
• Full-Time: Monday – Friday, with some weekends required based on customer availability.
• Travel: This role involves frequent travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Physical Demands: Ability to enter and inspect crawl spaces as needed.
