Calhoun Announces Exciting Lineup of 2026 Summer Camps for Students of All Ages
From athletics and advanced manufacturing to cybersecurity, healthcare, theater, and welding, Calhoun Community College is gearing up for an exciting summer packed with opportunities for students of all ages.
Calhoun’s 2026 Summer Camps schedule features a wide variety of engaging programs designed to inspire, educate, and entertain students from elementary school through high school. New camps are being added regularly, giving families even more options throughout the summer.
Whether students want to sharpen their sports skills, explore future careers, discover a new hobby, or meet new friends, Calhoun has a camp to match their interests.
“Summer camps at Calhoun give students the opportunity to learn in a fun, hands-on environment while exploring possible career paths and building new skills,” said Dr. Jimmy Hodges, Calhoun President. “We are proud to offer camps that inspire creativity, encourage teamwork, and help students discover new opportunities for their future.”
Camp offerings include career-focused experiences such as Advanced Automotive Academy, Automotive Academy, CNC Summer Machining Camp, Cyber Security Camps, Healthcare Camp, SWeETy Welding Camp for Girls, and Explore U Summer Career Expo.
Students interested in the arts can participate in Broadway in the Black Box Theatre Camp, while sports enthusiasts can choose from a wide range of baseball, basketball, volleyball, football, and band camps.
Among the many sports camp options are Baseball Hitting and Pitching Camps, Baseball Prospect Camps, Girls Flag Football Prospect Camp, Little Hawks Volleyball Camp, Little Warhawks Basketball Camp, Men’s Basketball Prospect Showcase, Volleyball Prospect Camp, and Youth Basketball iCAMP.
Calhoun’s summer camps are designed to give young people an opportunity to build their confidence, develop new talents, while building new relationships.
