TIG Welder/Fabricator

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various metal components and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders, torches, and related tools
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
• Fabricate metal parts using various techniques such as cutting, grinding, and bending
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure precise dimensions
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts to move materials as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TIG welder or similar role
• Proficient in TIG welding techniques and able to produce high-quality welds
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding principles
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications
• Familiarity with pipe threading, soldering, and press brake machine operation is a plus
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measure.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes or forklifts safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
